efforts to enhance air service in Central Kentucky. Given
the challenges in the aviation industry today US Airways
decision to expand daily service in Lexington shows that our
region continues to be a very attractive location for new
air service and our ongoing efforts to stimulate competition
have been successful", said Michael Gobb, Executive Director,

upgrade to regional jet operations the number of departure
seats offered by US Airways Express from Lexington will increase
by 25% and customers will enjoy "All-Jet" connections
to hundreds of destinations in North America, Europe and the
Caribbean via the Charlotte hub.

and we are pleased to bring increased capacity and complete
jet service to our customers in the Lexington and Central
Kentucky community," said Andrew P. Nocella, US Airways
