US AIRWAYS EXPRESS ANNOUNCES ENHANCED SERVICE TO CHARLOTTE, NC

Lexington, KY - Traveling from Lexington's Blue Grass Airport is about to become even more convenient. US Airways Express has announced that beginning January 5, 2001 the number of seats offered for its daily 2:50 pm flight to Charlotte will double! US Airways currently provides four non-stop flights to/from Charlotte and overall this upgrade will increase total daily seats in the market by nearly 20%.

The service will be operated by US Airways Express affiliate CCAir and will utilize 37-seat DeHavilland Dash 8 aircraft providing travelers more legroom, a flight attendant and a more comfortable way to fly from Home.

US Airways and US Airways Express also provide Central and Eastern Kentucky travelers five daily flights to Pittsburgh with connecting service to the east coast and points worldwide.
