STATEMENT FROM BLUE GRASS AIRPORT

August 6, 2007 – On Sunday afternoon, August 5, 2007, officers with Blue Grass Airport’s Public Safety Department arrested Sarah Mills, 26 of Atlanta, GA for several criminal violations that included Terroristic Threatening (KRS 508.080), Alcohol Intoxication (KRS 222.202) and the Prohibition against operation of or acting as a crewmember of civil aircraft while using or under the influence of alcohol or other substance (KRS 183.061). Mills was transported and lodged at the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Detention Center.

Officers with the airport’s Public Safety Department are continuing in their investigation of the incident.
