FLIGHTS RESUME AT BLUE GRASS AIRPORT
Lexington , KY Blue Grass Airport resumed commercial
air service at 12:50pm this afternoon when DL4755 departed
for Atlanta, GA. At this time operations across the nation
are coming on line and all cities served non-stop from Lexington
are currently accepting flights. The airport encourages all
travelers to contact their professional travel agent, the
airline 800 number or the airline website for details of specific
flights.
Travelers should remember that:
- No curbside baggage check-in
- Unattended vehicles in the vicinity of the terminal will
be towed away immediately
- Only ticketed passengers will be allowed past security
checkpoints
- Photo I.D. may be required at multiple locations
- There will be an increased presence of uniformed police
- Passengers must closely control baggage and packages to
avoid transporting items without their knowledge
- Unattended bags are subject to inspection
- No sharp objects of any kind including, but not limited
to knives, scissors, carpet cutters, folding or retractable
blades will be permitted beyond checkpoints.

flights and to clear security.
