Blue Grass Airport provides and will continue to provide a safe and secure environment for the arrival and departure of aircraft.

Unfortunately, we have started seeing a number of so-called experts, who are in fact hired marketing guns for plaintiffs’ attorneys, speak out against our airport. The truth is simple. Our airport meets or exceeds FAA airport safety and security requirements. Any statement to the contrary is factually incorrect and disingenuous.

Some of the opinions expressed today by so-called experts fail to consider all of the information that will be available upon completion of the NTSB investigation. They represent a law firm’s marketing strategy rather than objective expert comment. Blue Grass Airport will continue to fully cooperate with the NTSB’s investigation and reporting of the facts surrounding this tragic accident.
