Nondiscrimination

As a recipient of federal grant money, Blue Grass Airport is regulated by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (PL 100.259), and Section 520 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982. These Acts prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age (over 40), religion, gender identity, veteran status or disability and mandate that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination in any programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
